Decision Making Process
Our governance model ensures that community-driven decisions are effectively managed and executed.
Three-Tier Governance Model
Community Input: Any member can propose improvements. This initial stage is key to driving innovation from the ground up.
Council Review: Proposals that gain enough community support and meet specific criteria are reviewed by the Council. This body filters out proposals to ensure they align with Bionic DAO’s strategic goals and are feasible.
DAO Voting: Proposals approved by the Council are put to a DAO-wide vote, allowing all eligible members to have a direct say in the final decision.
Filtering Process
Initial Filtering: Proposals are initially screened based on their alignment with Bionic DAO’s mission, potential impact, and the resources required for implementation.
Council Assessment: The Council further scrutinizes proposals for strategic fit and feasibility, filtering out those that do not align with the DAO’s long-term goals or current priorities.
Open Governance
Transparency: The entire process, from proposal submission to final voting, is transparent. All members can view ongoing proposals, council deliberations, and voting outcomes.
Participation: Every member with the required token holding and tenure can propose, discuss, and vote on initiatives, making the governance model highly inclusive and democratic.
