Governance Mechanics

At Bionic DAO, every member has the power to shape the platform. Our democratic approach allows members to raise notions, participate in council reviews, and vote on key decisions.

How to Raise a Notion

Any DAO member can propose a notion if they meet these criteria:

  • Hold at least 1,000,000 $BCNX tokens

  • Have been a part of the DAO for a minimum of three months

Notion Submission and Council Review:

Once a notion is raised, it needs to garner a predetermined number of votes to be brought before the council. The council then assesses its viability based on its potential impact and alignment with Bionic DAO's objectives.

Voting Rights and Process

  • Community Member Voting: Once members have staked 1,000,000 tokens for three months, they are entitled to one vote, ensuring that all voices are heard.

  • Types of Proposals:

    • Council Proposals: Significant initiatives such as marketing strategies or large-scale operational changes.

    • Improvement Proposals: Suggestions from token holders for minor adjustments or enhancements to the platform.

Council Decision: If the council approves a notion, it moves to a DAO-wide vote where all eligible members can participate in the decision-making process.

Implementation: Approved notions significantly influence the DAO’s operations and strategic direction.

Voting Mechanism

The voting process involves two main stages:

  1. Raise Notion: Members submit their proposals for consideration.

  2. Council Review: The council reviews and approves proposals for DAO voting.

  3. DAO Vote: The entire community votes on the council-approved proposals
